Panasonic KX-P1121 - Rebuild

Received a call from front office team regarding incomplete printing of client's receipt. Thought it could be just torn ribbon, paper feed issues (roller, tractor feed or other mechanical problems) But... it has something beyond my expectations...

Usually, fixing line/impact printers is a straightforward process... but this time round... it needs more than just preventive maintenance or normal servicing... It turns out to be major overhauling or in other word rebuilding it from scratch.

I admit it will be a tedious job after all, but i'm sure it worth in the long run. This unit has been serving the branch almost 22 years now. Very reliable piece of machine...
